Toomas Trapido

Toomas is mostly an educator, facilitator and organizer, but also an author. He has published a book “Stories That Create” and has launched his own video and podcast channels.

Toomas has been present at many beginnings – at “Let’s Do It!” clean-up project in 2008 that has grown into one of the biggest environmental literally hands-on movements in the world, Gaia Academy that offers holistic whole-person education for adults, Gaia School as a registered private school for classes 1-12 in Estonia, Global Ecovillage Networks’s branch in Estonia, nature-friendly forest cooperatives, Estonian Green Party (Toomas was Green MP in 2007-2011) etc.

One of his main passions has been working with people, with groups and communities. He has facilitated hundreds of processes using Open Space Technology, Dragon Dreaming, The Work That Reconnects and of course – circles. Also he has led tens of Deep Time Walks and has developed the interdisciplinary and holistic program for gymnasium – “The Best Village In The World”.
