With her unique blend of  technical engineering, policy analysis, and innovative economic thinking, Ilektra has led transformative multi-actor projects across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia, working hand-in-hand with organizations like the European Commission, the United Nations, various Ministries of Environment, and over 100 cities worldwide. Her expertise truly shines in designing participatory and learning processes that unite leaders across disciplines to bring transformative regenerative visions to life. She is particularly proud of her work on the Amsterdam City Doughnut project and the city's celebrated circular economy strategy—initiatives that have made a real-world impact and captured the imagination of audiences globally, earning recognition from media outlets like the BBC, Time Magazine, The Guardian, and Fast Company. Today, Ilektra passionately leads her own consultancy, partnering with the Doughnut Economics Action Lab and like-minded organisations dedicated to regenerative economics.
